Our boards are full of interesting projects in the Washington area, the Chesapeake Bay area, Shenandoah Valley and beyond. We do historic preservation, new homes, additions, renovations and interiors. Our specialty is truly boutique projects where we detail everything on our drawings, from millwork, to tile work, to exterior cornice to exposed structures and timber frames. We do our own structural and mechanical drawings as well, so we are looking for architects with an understanding of how to draw construction documents and details.

Command of the written English language is important as we communicate a lot with clients via email. Understanding of residential wood construction methods is a must as well as understanding of concrete and local foundation types. We will also take resumes of strong interior designers as we are looking for further help on interior design.
We won Best of Arlington, Best of Falls Church, Best Architect Build Magazine, Best of Northern Virginia Magazine, and have been included in Top 100 Designers, Home and Design Magazine for the past 8 years. We are looking for quality architects and candidates that can help us to continue to grow.
We have projects that make architecture fun -- we need creative individuals who also understand the importance of understanding construction and engineering. We believe that architects have given up too many responsibilities and our goal is to develop real architects, who understand the technical and the creative and can take on every aspect of a project. We now handle all aspects of a project for our clients, from design, budgeting, architecture, interior design, interior decorating, landscape design and full project management and oversight.
